Nail´d nos presenta una propuesta innovadora en los juegos de carreras extremas. Ofrece a los jugadores una experiencia intensa que jamás han sentido. Es la primera vez que podrán sacar partido táctico de la verticalidad y la altura. Las diferencias extremas de altitud se pueden combinar con las ventajas que por defecto cuente su vehículo seleccionado con el fin de tener éxito y sobrevivir a los circuitos. Llegar a la línea de meta se convertirá en toda una gran descarga de adrenalina, un juego en el que temerás hasta pestañear para no perder ningún micro segundo.
